This is the sleeve of the piece that was supposed to be knit when we got the wrong yarn and began the Santa Fe Cardigan. Same Willow yarn, DK weight. It is mostly stockinette, but I put cables up the sleeves. And cables on patch pockets sewn to the front. This is an ideal project to perfect your cable technique on.
I like my sleeves a bit long. And I love the extended sleeves that have a thumb-hole in them. But my arms are long, so I can’t usually buy something like that because the sleeve isn’t long enough. But I’ve done instructions so you can have the right length sleeve and the thumb hole. They are called a monkey thumb holes!
