A System of Grading offers you, as a designer, tech editor, or other knitwear professional, a semester-long series of classes designed to build your skills, polish your technique, and give you the tools to strengthen your grading chops.
When I taught at FIDM we always had Course Objectives (COs) and Student Learning Outcomess (SLOs) that courses were built around. From that, all grading rubrics were structured to assess the COs and SLOs. I’ve applied the same concept here so a System of Grading offers a clear path.

Think of this as a college semester. What seems unattainable at the beginning becomes understandable by the end. Students all learn differently, and at different speeds. My goal as an instructor is to help each student achieve their best and to leave my courses with the tools to move ahead.
