First: Insert hook into BO, CO or SC from underneath.
Second: Fold fringe length in half over hook.
Next: Use hook to pull fringe through fabric.
Then: Use hook to draw cut ends through loop.
Finally: Pull ends to secure fringe firmly to edge.
