Purl into the bar of the the dropped stitch for JSSBO, to add a stitch into the JSSBO spanning the dropped stitch.

How to wrap the yarn over:
- From back over needle to front and under needle to back to work a knit stitch.
- From front over needle to back and under needle to front to work a purl stitch.
With the yarn wrapped, bring the bar of the dropped stitch onto the left needle and purl into the bar. Continue on with the JSSBO for that stitch (pull the first stitch and the yarn over over the last stitch worked and off the right needle).
