Wet blocking is a method of blocking your knitting by soaking, and then pinning out your knitting. Giving a piece of knitting a wet block, is perfect for pieces that need a lot of stretching.
How to Wet Block your Knitting
Dampen knitted fabric in cold water. Lay flat on towel, then roll up in towel, squeezing out excess water. Lay flat on dry towel, adjusting to correct measurements and shape, then air dry.
If wet doesn’t work for your project, you could alternatively steam block, or spray block your knitting.
