The moebius is worked from the center out toward the outside edges. Each complete round works a round on each side of the cast on. This technique will help you work the first row of Moebius cast on and set you up for the rest of your project.
Working the first row of Moebius cast on
Pick up the left needle and slide loops around cables so that you can begin working first round, taking care not to overlap loops and YO. PM. Note that the first loop to be worked is ABOVE the slip knot. Work into each loop as pattern indicates, going into each loop so that it is an open loop (not twisted). Loops will present themselves alternatively with the right leg to the front of the needle and then to the back. Work all the way back to the beginning marker. On this piece, a marker is place at the halfway point on the First Round. You will work twice as many stitches as actually cast on.
